I've been using this gel for about a month now and I love it. It gives great hold without leaving my hair hard. It's a little pricey (I can get a 32 oz of Ecostyler for about the same price -- or less!) It slicks down my edges very nicely. Has anybody tried it? Share your experiences!

Do like this...Use to put it in my hair too.
When I was using it I would apply it to all my hair after washing and conditioning. Did put it on my edges too, but found it to be a bit flaky. Not too bad, but noticeable.
Once my hair grows out again, I will purchase it again and see how it does. Maybe I just used too much.
Price? Well, I always get hair products from the beauty supply store and I have to price (size as well) it at the one I usually go to.

Forgot to mention that it was easier for me to manage my hair...the scent is okay...just remember to not use a lot because it can become greasy if you do so...it is a great moisturizer!

I have not had a chemical relaxer in 7 years..my hair is very coarse and thick. I was using Ms. Jessies products ($37 for 8ounces) flaked terribly , then I started using Carol's Daughter, ($20 a jar for the Mimosa)very greasy and the hair butter 9$16 a jar) smelled like pinesol ..My mom suggested I use S-curl..at first I balked..then I 2 strand twisted my hair..all I have to say..LISTEN TO MAMA!!
